The Screenberry Media Server supported Kyiv Lights Festival - Kyiv’s first festival of light and media arts. The event, which took place on May 12-14, 2017, transformed the Ukrainian capital into a giant canvas for fabulous architectural 3D mapping shows, artistic urban lighting, and media installations.

Screenberry was an official media server of the event. It was used for three days of the festival at four key locations:

  • 3D video mapping and live mapping (VJing) contests on Poshtova Ploshcha (the River Port Building) where six Christie Roadster S+20k projectors were used to illuminate the building.
  • Realtime Media Performance by BlckBox and "Scalar v 002.3" interactive installation by Evgeniy Vashchenko on the National Bank building at Kontraktova Ploshcha. There, the server was in control of four Christie Roadster S+20k projectors.
  • Media installation by Craig Walsh, a famous Australian media artist, on Kontraktova Ploshcha. Screenberry was used to align video projection onto trees to broadcast the video art.
  • "Virtual Busker" media installation by Nataliya Danova on Andriivskyi uzviz. The server was used to project artwork onto a wall next to St Andrew’s Church.
