NVPRO Rental, a provider of AV solutions for show business and events, relied on Screenberry media servers to run stage graphics at the live broadcast of the Luxembourg Song Contest 2025.

Held at Rockhal, Luxembourg’s leading live music venue, the national selection featured seven competing entries, along with interval acts by former Eurovision winners Marie Myriam and Conchita Wurst. The 25-year old Laura Torn won the competition with the song "La poupée monte le son", earning the opportunity to represent the country at Eurovision 2025 in Switzerland. The show was broadcast live on RTL, Luxembourg’s main national television channel.

The set design featured a thrust stage with a large 270-degree LED cube suspended above it. Right behind the cube, there was a flying screen. Two LED walls were positioned upstage left and right, creating a central opening aligned with the stage for artist entrances and exits. Two smaller LED screens were placed further offstage to extend the visual environment even more. An additional LED screen wrapped the base of the stage.

NVPRO Rental used two Screenberry Atlas x4 media servers, along with two hot backups, to drive graphics across all LED screens. The first media server was responsible for running visuals on three sides of the LED cube (total resolution: 8064 x 1344 px) and the flying screen (2048 x 1408 px). The second Screenberry server handled the stage base (10080 x 1512 px), two side LED walls (1560 x 1040 px each), and two additional side LED screens (1560 x 416 px each).

Each server delivered 3x 4K outputs at 50 Hz, resulting in a total of 6x 4K outputs driving the entire screen canvas.

In addition to content playback, Screenberry handled real-time visual effects composited with four incoming SDI signals from live cameras.

Screenberry gave us the power to deliver a smooth and highly dynamic show for the Luxembourg Song Contest 2025. Setting up six synchronized 4K outputs was fast and effortless. By configuring the entire playback system to run from just a few buttons, we were able to fully automate the show based on timecode — minimizing operator involvement during the live performance. On-camera visual post-effects were also handled directly within the media server, allowing them to be seamlessly integrated into the overall show with precise timecode synchronization.
