Forside Production relied on Screenberry to create a digital backdrop for the official Eurovision music video of Azerbaijani singer Chingiz.
27-year-old singer-songwriter Chingiz will take to the Eurovision 2019 stage in Tel Aviv to represent Azerbaijan with the song 'Truth.’ The song won the national selection, organized internally by Azerbaijani Broadcaster Ictimai TV in January, beating more than 350 other entries.
The Screenberry media server drove 1 x Panasonic PT-DZ21K2 projector to deliver 1920х1200 @ 50fps playback onto a cyclorama screen. The use of a digital backdrop helped create the hypnotizing and surreal ambiance of the music video.
The server’s support for compositing, color correction, scaling, and composing of multiple video layers in real time proved central in the case. The 50fps playback was also critical as it permitted to smoothly synchronize the projection with the shooting in slow motion.
