The Screenberry media server was used by OmniSpace Inc. to create a unique immersive experience for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

MIT, a mecca for science and engineering, approached OmniSpace Inc. to light up a venue for the centennial celebration of its move to Cambridge, and to raise funds for the Campaign For a Better World project. The idea was to integrate visuals provided by local artists into a 360° expression of MIT’s history and project it onto a massive 5K-resolution, 48m (160ft) immersive dome environment.

To accomplish this mission, a Screenberry Media Server was employed to auto-align 16 х 20K lumen projectors. The result was a walk-in digital environment, creating an ideal setting for this important event.
